The Atari Addict Video Vault Continues to Grow

One of my goals for Atari Addict has always been to create more than just a website—it’s about building a living archive that celebrates Atari’s history, culture, and community. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been expanding the Video Vault with a growing collection of Atari-related video content from across the decades.

Visitors can now explore classic Atari television commercials from the 1970s and 1980s, offering a fascinating look at how Atari marketed its products during the golden age of home computing and video games. These advertisements capture the excitement and optimism that surrounded the Atari brand and provide a unique glimpse into the era that helped define a generation of technology enthusiasts.

In addition to the commercials, I’ve also been adding rare VHS interviews and presentations featuring key figures from Atari’s history, including Jack Tramiel. These videos help tell the story behind the machines, offering personal insights from the people who shaped Atari’s future during some of its most important years.

The Video Vault is also becoming home to modern content. You’ll find hardware demonstrations, software showcases, restoration videos, and original Atari Addict productions created specifically for the site. These videos are designed to help preserve Atari’s legacy while also highlighting the vibrant community that continues to support and enjoy these systems today.

The collection is still growing, and many more videos are planned in the coming months. Whether you’re interested in Atari history, classic advertising, rare interviews, hardware demonstrations, or modern Atari projects, the Video Vault aims to become a valuable resource for enthusiasts of all experience levels.

I invite you to explore the Video Vault, revisit some Atari memories, and discover new pieces of Atari history along the way. As always, thank you for supporting Atari Addict and helping preserve the legacy of one of the most influential names in computing and gaming.
